If you are passionate about something, find a way to work on it. The work can be small as in the amount of time, but make it consistent. Maybe it’s an hour every Thursday morning without fail. Over the course of 6 weeks or so, you will have made progress. WHY work on things you are passionate about? Two reasons: 1. It’s good for your mental health and 2. The world needs you to.
If you don’t know what you are passionate about, sometimes it helps to flip this inquiry and ask yourself: What pisses me off? Hen be passionate about understanding that problem. Don’t worry. You don’t have to solve it if that feels like too much pressure. But understanding it helps you address it and helps you help other people address it and maybe one of those other people solves it. Wouldn’t that be great?
