Meaningful Work

Folks who choose to do meaningful work aren’t signing up for easy work. Sometimes luck makes it easier. But what’s more common is that meaningful work is hard. The metric is meaning. We evaluate it by asking: Are we growing? Are we finding people with shared values? Do we live our values? Are we creating spaces for our friends and our values to grow?
