Ten minutes a day moves the work forward. When you have more, give more. But always give ten minutes a day. If you can, protect a consistent time of day for that ten minutes. For me it’s early morning. For others it’s late at night. If you can, do it when your mind is sharp, that’s ideal. If not, show up tired. Doing it tired is ok, too. It’s the consistency, the repetition, the showing up that makes a difference.
